Very good product. Never thought I would use this but glad we got one. I hardly have to shock, just push the tone and my dog listens. Only complaint is clip is tight to hook to your belt.

This is a great product for training our Frenchie. After the first couple of vibrations, now we only have to show her the remote. We had one issue that was solved immediately buy the company.
