Great purchase! Before we had this she would run and run and wouldn’t listen. Now we just beep her or vibrate her and she will immediately listen. I am satisfied.

The packaging was nice the manual was straight forward and easy to follow. Haven't tried shocking my dog but the chime is loud enough to get her attention. Overall its great!
