Great product, great service, what more can you say?

So easy to use I didn't even read the instructions. This isn't your typical cheap prong ecollar. The prongs on this are very thick and a good length. They are not sharp like some but easily reach the dogs skin. The collars are two different sizes and are decent quality nylon. The remote is easy to use and a good size so you won't lose it. Great product really love it!

Instructions are easy to use / understand, reasonably priced, fantastic customer service. To us, that's an excellent value!

Purchased this collar to help train our strong willed Golden /Lab mix. I was hesitant, but after using this collar found it extremely helpful and easy to use.

I have a very strong headed German Shepard puppy (about to be 1 year). I was at the end of my tolerance with him. I had even sent him to 7 weeks of training where they had him walking in public without a leash. But as soon as he got home, he remembered he was in charge here and back to not listening and doing what he wanted.

Bottom line is this is a great collar!
