Excellent.. really does work.. loaned to another dog walker who then purchased..

I found this to be very effective and only had to use a few times. (Comments from previous reviewers were very helpful) I have quite a biddable boxer who gets carried away and needs a gentle reminder that I am in charge! I had to call Petsafe as i did have a problem with the equipment. They were excellent - so helpful and pleasant, even sending an item from their office cupboard so that it reached me faster than a dispatch from the warehouse. I value customer service very highly and as a result Petsafe will be my preferred supplier for my 2 dogs and 3 cats....

Love that it’s just one controller for both dogs and can be set at different levels per dog. I’ve been fortunate that my dogs respond to the vibration and sound to get their attention and I have never had to shock either dog.

Washed the remote on accident and still works. Love this collar. It work very well and give me the option to change strength of vibrate and shock.My only wish is that I could control it with an app. I forget the remote often.
