What brilliant customer service!We bought this device and it instantly changed our control over our naughty pointer who eats everything he shouldnt when we are out walking.This has reduced my anxiety level so I can enjoy walking him again. He has IBD so it is crucial he doesn't indiscriminately eat as he needs steroids and is so ill if he does.
