Love this, my dog listens better now!

Found easy to use, buttons clear ideal size, simple to setup, our Springer spaniel turns his ears off to chase what he wants to do , he feels this level 35 and comes straight back, so far been good on this strong minded dog.

I found this to be very effective and only had to use a few times. (Comments from previous reviewers were very helpful) I have quite a biddable boxer who gets carried away and needs a gentle reminder that I am in charge! I had to call Petsafe as i did have a problem with the equipment. They were excellent - so helpful and pleasant, even sending an item from their office cupboard so that it reached me faster than a dispatch from the warehouse. I value customer service very highly and as a result Petsafe will be my preferred supplier for my 2 dogs and 3 cats....
