This has worked perfectly for us. I only used the shock button once on accident. It was user error. It was dark and I got the wrong button. After 3 weeks and 1 user error, it’s like we have a new dog. I simply show him the remote now and he corrects his behavior. I have 2 dogs that uncontrollably bark. Actually I put the collars on 2 of my dogs.I have the vibration up high.from 1-99. I love the collar. This collar definitely did it’s job.

still getting used to it but seems to be working This does not hurt dog at all it just confirms good behaver with a beep and bad behaviour with a vibration by using a button on remote
