It works perfectly but be careful. I'm returning mine after testing the product and coming to a conclusion that i don't want this for my dog.

She's a good girl but sometimes she didn't listen. Now just a little vibration and she's very attentive.

This thing has really helped with training our big ol excitable dog.. worked so good barely have to use it just show the remote
