I mainly have only had to use the beeping feature to get him to mind. I haven't used the "shock" feature because the beep & vibration do the trick. For the price, this dog training collar has everything I needed and the battery lasts a long time!

Can definitely say that our dog is barking less and less at other dogs. dog training collar has been awesome.

There are many modes in this training collar, including vibration mode, tonal mode, etc.very good.
