We love this product. The product itself looks a little big for her tiny body, but we haven’t had to shock her at all. The vibration setting has worked wonders. We have tried many others and this is our favorite by far.

I love how lightweight the remote is. I wish the buttons were so sensitive. I have buzzed my dog a couple times on accident but not zap. Over all I love this collar. And the remote is super easy to set up

One of my dogs didn't listen AT ALL. I would call her name she would just keep going. As soon as I put these collars on, all it took was the initial beep and both of them turned around and came right back.

Works well on our dogs. They bark a lot when they see another dog, but the sound of the beep is enough to redirect their attention. The remote control is a little bigger than what we were expecting. However, the overall use is very easy.

I haven’t tried it yet, but out of the package easy charging and instructions. It had more 5 star reviews than other collars in this price range, so I have my fingers crossed.
