Ok, for all the skeptical people out there wondering if this product is worth the money, let me keep it short and sweet: it is SO worth it. I read through so many reviews of this product and a couple of others but I kept coming back to this one. I have two dogs, a hound and an Australian Shepherd. Both are puppies, both are very independent and head strong. I taught them commands very early on and they listened for awhile...but “come” was always one command they wouldn’t listen to. Since getting these collars, training has been so much easier. There are 16 levels and three different buttons for alerting the dog. I use the Tone button when I’m trying to correct behavior that is new or when they just need a little reminder. The vibration button I use on the hound, and that’s enough. He honestly doesn’t need the shock button because the vibration (he knows) is the second reminder. The third button is the shock. I used this ONCE on each of them at a low setting and have not needed it since! These dogs are completely different after buying these collars!! They no longer bark incessantly, they listen to my commands without continual reminding needed, and the best part is I can take them on walks without the hassle of a leash because they listen now....
