Very easy collar to use. I mainly use the beep feature to get my dogs’ attention because I can’t whistle. After a few beeps, I use vibration as a warning. I’ve only had to use shock twice when he started trying to chase the cat. Instant behavior change. I did have to contact customer support about an issue I was having and received a quick response and solution to my problem.
