Just got and set up these collars. I love my two dopes but they need manners. The tc-16 came with collars fully charged and the control unit was also charged and ready to go. The instructions were a cinch to follow and I had both collars on and ready to work in 10 minutes. Just for the convenience and quality alone, I'd highly recommend this product. Looking forward to training these dopes
